If the wiring of the controller is normal, the controller itself is faulty, and the controller should be replaced.
Motor damage is divided into two types: damage to the Hall sensor inside the motor and short circuit of the coil. In the case of the former, the Hall sensor needs to be replaced. Replacing the Hall sensor alone is very troublesome, so you can choose to replace the entire Hall sensor; if there is a short circuit in the coil inside the motor (which can be judged by connecting the phase wires in pairs), the motor needs to be replaced.
